IEDUC was established on September 17th , 2001 in Bandung, its office is at  JL.Cimanuk No.32 Bandung, under International Education Centre Foundation ( Yayasan IEDUC) with the Act No. 38 of Dr. Wiratni Ahmadi, SH of  Jl. Dipatiukur No 91, Bandung (she is recognized by the Decree of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia dated 29th November 1979 No Y.A 7/37/22).
