This policy explains how Aquarius Soft Pte Ltd (Aquarius Soft, we, us or our), the company behind iEduCentre, manages personal data in connection with this website, sales enquiries, demonstrations, customer support and the services we provide.
Personal data means information about an identifiable individual, whether the information identifies that person on its own or together with other information we can access.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
- Your name, business contact details, organisation and job role.
- Information you provide when requesting a demonstration, asking a question or corresponding with us.
- Account, support and service-administration records where you are an authorised iEduCentre user.
- Technical information such as device, browser, connection and website-usage data.
- Payment or billing information where this is needed to provide or administer a service.
- Other information you choose to provide for a stated purpose.
If your organisation uses iEduCentre to manage information about students, parents, staff or other individuals, that organisation determines why the information is used. Its own privacy notice and agreement with Aquarius Soft also apply.
How we collect personal data
We may collect personal data when you submit a form, contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, request or attend a demonstration, enter into a customer relationship, use an authorised service account or otherwise provide information to us.
We may also receive business contact details from your organisation, authorised representatives, service providers or publicly available business sources where permitted by law.
How we use personal data
We may use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations or sales follow-up.
- Provide, administer, support and improve iEduCentre and related services.
- Manage customer accounts, billing, service communications and contractual matters.
- Protect accounts, investigate security issues and prevent misuse or fraud.
- Maintain business records and comply with legal or regulatory duties.
- Send relevant marketing communications where permitted, with an option to opt out.
We will use personal data for purposes that have been notified, are reasonably connected to those purposes or are otherwise permitted by applicable law.
When we may disclose personal data
We may disclose personal data where it is reasonably necessary to:
- Work with service providers that support hosting, communications, payment, professional advice or other business operations.
- Provide services requested by you or your organisation.

Service providers are expected to use personal data only for the authorised purpose and to protect it appropriately.
Protection, retention and overseas transfers
We take reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, our business or legal requirements, dispute resolution or enforcement. We then delete, anonymise or otherwise stop retaining it where required.
If personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps required by applicable law to provide a standard of protection comparable to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), unless an exception applies.
Your choices and requests
Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may ask to access personal data we hold about you, request correction of an error or omission, or withdraw consent for a particular use. We may need enough information to verify your identity and understand the request.
Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide a related service. You can stop marketing messages by following the unsubscribe instruction where available or contacting us.
