Accepting these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the public iEduCentre website operated by Aquarius Soft Pte Ltd (Aquarius Soft, we, us or our). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.
Customer agreements take priority
Information on this website is intended to explain iEduCentre and help prospective customers make an initial assessment. A subscription, implementation, support arrangement, service level, payment schedule, data-processing responsibility or other customer commitment is governed by the quotation, order form, agreement or other written terms accepted by Aquarius Soft and the customer.
If these website terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement governs the customer service to the extent of that conflict.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, service, accounts, systems or networks.
- Interfere with operation of the website or place an unreasonable load on its infrastructure.
- Introduce malicious code, scrape restricted areas or bypass access controls.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority or affiliation.
- Transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading material through the website.
- Use website material or trademarks for a commercial purpose without written permission.
Accounts and access credentials
If we provide an account or password, you are responsible for keeping the credentials confidential, restricting access to authorised users and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. You must not use another person's account without permission.
Customer administrators are responsible for managing their authorised users in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, its content, iEduCentre software, visual identity and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Aquarius Soft and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for your organisation's internal evaluation. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the website or software except where applicable law or a written agreement expressly permits it.
Website information and third-party links
We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but product details, availability, pricing and policies may change. A demonstration and written proposal should be used to confirm the modules, configuration, pricing and terms relevant to your centre.
The website may link to third-party sites. Those sites are operated independently and their content, availability, products and practices are not controlled by Aquarius Soft.
Availability and disclaimers
The public website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Aquarius Soft does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Service warranties and commitments, if any, are set out in the applicable customer agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aquarius Soft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website. Any liability connected with paid iEduCentre services is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
You remain responsible for deciding whether information on this website is suitable for your needs and for maintaining appropriate safeguards around your own systems, credentials and downloaded data.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our practices or applicable requirements. The updated version applies from the date it is published here.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
