Published practices
How security is addressed across the service.
These statements are a plain-English summary of Aquarius Soft's published Trust Centre. Contractual requirements should be confirmed directly with the team.
Security governance
Aquarius Soft publishes an information security policy covering organisational responsibilities, controlled handling of classified information and continual improvement. Its standards are described as based on ISO 27001 practices; this is not presented as a certification claim.
Secure design and development
Published practices include peer code reviews, third-party security screening, vulnerability testing and continuous monitoring before and after deployment.
Vulnerability management and detection
The Trust Centre describes annual assessments based on OWASP threat indicators, together with intrusion detection and security information and event monitoring across its infrastructure.
Backups and continuity
The current Trust Centre states that server backups are performed daily, with backups also stored in Amazon S3 for 180 days, alongside business-continuity and availability planning.
Shared responsibility
Your centre also controls important parts of day-to-day security.
Technology controls work best when centre teams manage users and credentials carefully.
